At this year’s Acromax Acrobatic World Cup competition in Italy, Colombian U-Turn Acro Team pilot Cesar Arevalo made it through to the final and finished in an outstanding second place. With his consistent level of performance at the highest technical level, Cesar secures third place on the overall World Cup podium. He is followed by his team colleague Andres Villamizar, who finishes the overall World Cup in fourth place with his solid performance this season. Both pilots fly the competition acro wing Joker from U-Turn. “It makes me win,” sums up Cesar about his competition wing. U-Turn took two podium places in the women’s competition. Krystina Takacova won the competition with aplomb and not only stood at the top of the podium in the contest, but also secured victory in the overall World Cup. The second U-Turn pilot, Christina Metaxia, finished third in her first competition. Both pilots rely on the Acro Original Blackout+. “The wing is simple, safe and forgiving despite the high dynamics,” says the newly crowned overall World Cup winner, who is delighted with her Winner wing. U-Turn is delighted with its pilots and congratulates all U-Turn pilots on their extraordinary performance.
